The Twelfth Night Students are putting on the play, “The Twelfth Night”, this fall. The play’s show dates are November 21 and 22 at 7:00pm and November 23 at 1:30. With the help of Mr. Mancuso, teacher at BSHS, the students have been rehearsing all month. The basis of the play, a confusing love triangle between the Duke, played by Aslan Brewer, Viola, played by Adeline Riley and Olivia, played by Leah Eshelman, will surely keep play goers entertained. Carlisle Craft Show The Carlisle craft show, with free admission, is being held at the Carlisle Expo Center. On November 29, many craft vendors will set up and sell their USA handmade items. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase Christmas presents for all family members. Turkey Trot On Thanksgiving Day, November 27, enjoy exercise and time with family by participating in the YMCA Turkey Trot. This year the 10k has been taken out and the run is now limited to the 5k. Runners of the ages 5 and under have the option of not purchasing a shirt and running free. Other prices depend on age and the shirt or sweatshirt purchases. Runners have from 9am to 12pm to finish the race. The YMCA is also looking for volunteers to help run the race. Come out and run with your family and friends this Thanksgiving. |
